- 2. Diagnosis
- We discuss your requirements and work out if we can help you over the phone or if we need to visit you. If a visit is required we will then offer you a choice of appointment times.
- 3. Phone support
- If the problem can be solved over the phone we can talk you through the solution once you have purchased some telephone support from us.
- 4. On site
- Should a visit be needed we will turn up at the appointed time and carry out the work that needs to be done.
