You will find our support charges and other pricing in the table below. Please note that our office hours are 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. Any work carried out outside these hours will be charged at 'non office hour' rates.

Call Out Charges
We do not charge call out fees or charge you for our travel time. You pay only for the time from when we start work to when we finish, it's as simple as that.
Telephone Support & Remote Support †
Telephone support or remote support is purchased in advance. The price per hour drops the more hours you initially purchase. Prices as follows: one hour costs £30, 3 hours cost £75, 6 hours cost £120. When we receive a support call or remote support request we time and log the duration of the call or remote access session. Once the call or session is complete you will receive an email detailing the duration of the call and the amount of credit remaining.
Payment
Payment is due at the completion of any work carried out. We can accept payments by the following methods - cash, bank transfer and cheque.
