You will find our support charges and other pricing in the table below. Please note that our office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Any work carried out outside these hours will be charged at 'non office hour' rates.

Call Out Charges
For locations within a 15 mile radius of Godalming call out is free. Locations that are further afield we add a charge of 60p per extra mile to the destination.
Telephone Support & Remote Support †
Telephone support and remote support can be purchased in advance in one hour blocks at a cost of £40 each. When we receive a support call or remote support request we time and log the duration of the call or remote access session. Once the call or session is complete you will receive an email detailing the duration of the call and the amount of credit remaining.
However we would like to point out that we do receive calls from our customers requiring an answer to a straightforward question and in most cases we are happy and able to answer this on the spot and without charging
Payment
Payment is due at the completion of service. We can accept payments by the following methods - cash, bank transfer and cheque.
