On Site Support

For certain Mac related troubles it is necessary to be on site to be able to diagnose and resolve the problem. Our on site support is available to business, freelance and residential customers. Once you contact us we ascertain through our conversation with you whether a site visit is likely to be required or not.

Remote Support

Once we have made a visit to your site to enable the Apple Remote Desktop software that comes with every Mac and made the necessary changes to your network to allow secure remote access then we are able to troubleshoot your Macs remotely from our office. This allows you to demonstrate exactly what happens when a problem occurs and means that we can provide you with instant support. Once the issue is resolved we show you how to deactivate the Remote Desktop Software thereby giving you full control over when we have access to your systems.

Telephone Support

Some of the more straightforward support issues can be successfully resolved over the phone and once we are familiar with your set up and workflow the likelihood of being able to solve a problem over the phone is greatly increased. We offer phone support in one hour blocks which you purchase in advance.
