For certain Mac related troubles it is necessary to be on site to be able to diagnose and resolve the problem. Our on site support is available to business, freelance and residential customers. Once you contact us we ascertain through our conversation with you whether a site visit is likely to be required or not.

Remote Support
To receive remote support we need to make an initial visit to your site to set things up securely. From that point onwards when you need Mac support you just give us a call and we will connect to your Mac to diagnose and resolve the issue. Many common issues can be resolved remotely and using this method can save you both time and money.

Telephone Support
Some of the more straightforward support issues can be successfully resolved over the phone and once we are familiar with your set up and workflow the likelihood of being able to solve a problem over the phone is greatly increased. We offer phone support in one hour blocks which are purchased in advance.
